- Greg Rigali
Greg Rigali is an Associate Clinical Social Worker at the Center for Healing & Personal Growth who brings a deep commitment to trauma-informed, relational care.
He works with adults, justice-involved individuals, and trauma survivors navigating anxiety, depression, mood challenges, and life transitions. Greg's approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens in environments where individuals feel safe, respected, and free from judgment, and his work centers on honoring each person's autonomy while building a therapeutic relationship where they feel genuinely heard and understood.
Greg holds a Master of Social Work from Alliant International University's California School of Professional Psychology, as well as a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona Global Campus. This dual foundation in both clinical social work and psychology gives him a uniquely comprehensive understanding of human behavior, systemic factors, and the relational dynamics that shape each person's experience. He is additionally trained in Essential Telehealth Clinical Best Practices, allowing him to provide effective, high-quality care in both in-person and virtual settings.
Greg's clinical approach integrates humanistic and person-centered principles with a range of evidence-based and experiential methods. He draws on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing, and Gestalt Therapy, tailoring each treatment plan to a client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. This flexibility allows him to meet clients where they are and support meaningful, lasting change across a wide range of concerns, including complex and developmental trauma, attachment and relational wounds, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
Greg is especially skilled in working with justice-involved and high-acuity populations, bringing both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to individuals whose experiences are often met with stigma rather than support. His training in crisis intervention and stabilization further equips him to provide steady, grounded care during moments of acute distress, helping clients move from survival mode toward a place of greater self-understanding and stability.
