FEES & INSURANCE

At the Center for Healing & Personal Growth, we believe quality mental health care should be accessible to everyone.

OUR RATES

We offer a range of therapeutic services provided by our diverse team of skilled clinicians.

Our session fees typically range from $130 to $350, depending on the therapist's expertise, experience, and specialization.

We understand that financial constraints can sometimes be a barrier to accessing quality mental health care. That's why we offer sliding scale options based on your income and budget, making our services more accessible to those in need.

Insurances Accepted

We believe in advocating for our clients, which includes helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We accept most major insurance plans and will work with you to verify your coverage and benefits.

To verify your insurance benefits, please send a copy of your insurance card (front and back) and a picture ID to our billing department at billing@latraumatherapists.com. Once verified, we'll match you with a skilled therapist based on your needs and preferences.

Out of Network Options:

If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Our billing team can guide you through this process to help minimize stress and maximize your benefits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule your appointment.

To respect our therapists' time and to ensure we can accommodate all clients effectively:

  • We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.

  • This fee cannot be billed to insurance and will be your responsibility.

If you are experiencing an emergency situation that prevents you from attending your scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstances.

Good Faith Estimate

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage, of their ability to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of expected charges.

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.

  • You can also ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
