- Cazzie Marzwell

Cazzie Marzwell is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who creates warm, safe therapeutic spaces where individuals and families can explore their challenges and discover new pathways to connection and understanding.

With specialized expertise in anxiety management, family conflict resolution, parenting support, and postpartum care, she brings both professional training and personal insight to her work with adults, new parents, and adolescents. Cazzie has a particular gift for connecting with women navigating the profound life transition of becoming a mother, as well as working with tweens and teens during their own complex developmental journeys.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in humanistic and psychodynamic principles, emphasizing the importance of creating a supportive environment where clients feel safe to open up and share their authentic experiences. Cazzie's methodology focuses on helping clients get to know themselves in new ways, understanding where their feelings and emotions originate while developing effective coping strategies for managing stress and concerns. Her work centers on addressing uncomfortable or painful conflicts and struggles while facilitating more loving connections to both self and others.

With a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, Cazzie brings strong academic foundations to her therapeutic practice. Her education has equipped her with deep understanding of human development, family systems, and the psychological factors that influence individual and relational well-being. Currently raising three children of her own, she brings authentic understanding to the challenges of parenting tweens and teens, as well as the complex emotional landscape that new parents navigate during the postpartum period.

Outside the therapy room, Cazzie maintains her own well-being through yoga practice, which informs her mindful, body-aware approach to therapy. She finds creative expression and emotional regulation through playing piano, reflecting her understanding of the healing power of artistic pursuits. Her love of skiing demonstrates her appreciation for both adventure and the grounding connection that nature provides. Most importantly, she prioritizes quality time with family and friends, embodying the very connections and relationships she helps her clients strengthen and nurture.
