Angelina Patrick is a Clinical and Counseling Psychologist who brings empathetic dedication and diverse cultural perspectives to her work with adolescents and adults facing mental health challenges.

As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Hindi, she provides accessible, culturally sensitive therapy to diverse communities while honoring each client's unique background and individual needs. Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School, Angelina combines her international education from India with American clinical training to create comprehensive therapeutic approaches that draw from both Eastern and Western psychological traditions.

Her therapeutic approach integrates multiple evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Art Therapy, and Trauma-Focused interventions. Grounded in positive psychology principles, her methodology emphasizes building on clients' inherent strengths while addressing challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and stress. Angelina's approach focuses particularly on stress management, developing interpersonal and communication skills, and emotional regulation, helping clients build practical coping strategies that support lasting wellness and personal growth.

With a Master's degree from Amity University in India (2020) and currently completing her doctoral studies at The Chicago School (expected 2025), Angelina brings both international perspective and cutting-edge clinical training to her practice. Her two years of clinical experience include serving as an Intern Therapist in California, where she has worked under clinical supervision providing therapy to students and adults. This combination of diverse educational backgrounds and supervised clinical experience has equipped her with the cultural humility and clinical skills needed to work effectively with clients from varied backgrounds and presenting concerns.

Angelina's practice encompasses both online and in-person therapy formats, making her services accessible to clients who prefer different modalities of care. Her commitment to accessibility is further demonstrated through her offering of free initial consultations, ensuring that potential clients can explore whether her approach aligns with their needs and goals before beginning formal therapy.
